- At least 1 year experience in related position.
- Basic in English communication.
- Beverage Knowledge and Recipe
- Responsible for serving beverages in beverage outlets efficiently and in a most courteous manner.
- Suggests beverages ~ to be well versed with menu, method of preparation and accompaniments.
- Cleans and polishes Glassware, China ware, hollowware and flatware.
- Maintains cleanliness and mise-en-place level at working station and service pantry for smooth operation.
- Replenishes supply of hand towels and other Operating equipment.
- Obtains requested items from storeroom.
- Keeps general appearance and maintenance of bar working areas.
- 7 days off / month
